The Bethalto Art Fair is being hosted by Tanna, Brooke, Isabella, and Caroline. As a group, the four of us got together because we have many of the same interests and knew we could get stuff done. We know that not everyone gets to show off their art work and we want to give those people a chance to show off, because their talents deserve to be seen.

Date: Saturday, February 16
Time: 8:00am - 11:00am
Age Groups: 4th-5th grade, 6th-8th grade, 9th-12th, and out of high school.
Art Categories: Paintings, Drawings/Sketches, Sculptures, Photographs, Misc.
Entree fee is $5 and should be turned into the Civic Memorial office along with the entree form. Forms will be available at Meadowbrook office, TMS office, CMHS office, or online. If you turn in a form online you do not have to turn it into the school.
Deadline to enter and entree fee is Tuesday February 12th. People entering should bring their signed artwork at 7:30am on February 16 (The day of the art fair).
Please bring anything you need to set up your artwork. We are providing a limited amount of stands so if you have one, or an extra, please bring that to the fair with your name on it so we know it is yours. Have a slip stating your name, age/grade level, and contact information on the back of your work.
While you are there you will be able to vote for one piece of art in each age limit with the tickets that will be provided.
Each age group will have a first place winner and will be given a prize near the end of the fair. Please be there to claim your prize and take your artwork home. Voting ends at 10:30 am, please be there at 10:50 am to pick up prizes and collect your artwork.
Any art left will be left in the CM art room, please get it after school or contact the office.
Children in 2nd and 3rd grade can enter a coloring contest through school, which costs $1. Forms are available in the Parkside office. Colored Sheet, Entry Form, and $1 Entry Fee needs to be turned into Stacey Hoffmann at Parkside Primary by February 6th. The prize will be given to the best coloring page which will be handed out at 10:50 am.
